MainConcept Forum guidelines 

The MainConcept Forum (the “Forum”) is here for our customers, partners, product experts, employees, and others to engage in discussions around MainConcept products and related industry topics. Since this is an open forum, viewable by anyone, we request that all posts and interactions be done in a respectful manner. MainConcept will monitor discussions and reserves the right to remove any post deemed offensive or otherwise unacceptable, as well as ban violators from the Forum. 

We encourage open and honest discussion. For questions directed to the MainConcept support team, we will endeavor to respond in a timely manner. However, you may find an answer to your question already exists by searching the Forum, or your fellow Forum members may have a solution.  

Do not share your or other’s personal information on the Forum. Personal information includes, but is not limited to, address, phone number, credit card number, email address, driver’s license number, or other government issued ID. 

Do not post confidential information to the Forum. This applies to product, company, industry, and other information about MainConcept and its competitors (or any other company). 

The Forum does not permit postings of the following nature: 

• Spam and advertisements 
• Pornographic material and explicit nudity 
• Racism, hate speech or offensive language 
• Harassment or threats 
• Graphic violence 
• Illegal activities or goods 
• Self-harm or the promotion of self-harm 
• Promotions of terrorism or violent extremism
