I see no files whatsoever, just folders. Yes, the files do exist on the hard drive.
I was going to overwrite a file I had created using the main concept plugin, and had to type the filename in manually to trigger the dialog asking if I wanted to replace the file.
In that location on the hard drive there are mp4 files created by both the default Resolve mp4 renderer and mainconcept.
