Thank you for the additional information. We checked your issue and want to say that it's not related to the plugin, it's related to the logic of choosing a directory for file saving in DaVinci Resolve or even on the OS side at all. Clicking on "Browse" will show you the directories where you can choose the location and save the output file itself, it even says "Select Folder" in the File Destination window.
I have also attached 2 screenshots of the Browse window for both Windows and macOS. You can see that in macOS the files are present, but they are inactive and can't be selected to rewrite them. In Windows, the files aren't present and the only folders that are present, which says the difference in the logic of choosing locations to save the files in these operating systems.
It's okay that you don't see the files in the browse window, it works the same way in other applications e.g., if you'd like to save any file in your browser (chrome, edge, etc.), it opens a similar window to choose the location to save files and there will only be displayed folders and not files.
If you want to replace the file with a new one, it's required to match the same name and location to get the dialog, and it's normal. There's no way to do it differently.
