Hello Stefan,
MCLiveEncoder is tested on CentOS 7.9 and this version is what is officially supported. Debian and Ubuntu are not.
You are right, Cent OS is moving on to Cent OS Stream. And, Cent OS announced that no further development on a new CentOS LTS version. We are planning to support an alternative distribution before the support of CentOS 7x will end in June 2024, and we are carefully selecting which distribution makes sense for the most of our customers.
We will update you on this matter in a following update of MCLiveEncoder, and here in the MainConcept Website.
Thank you.
