Hello,

Apologies for the late reply on this.

I have a couple of questions to get a better understanding what might cause the issue:

1) What authoring tool do you use?
2) Did you try NVENC GPU encoding only or also software encoding, i.e the preset as is? It is possible that NVENC is not be able to create BD UHD compliant streams, because of some missing features.
3) Can you probably share a screenshot of the settings you used?

Any feedback would be highly appreciated.
