Cant get Hybrid to work with 4090

Hello there,

Due to technical nuances, Driven and Hybrid are only compatible with specific NVIDIA driver versions.

User Guide: "2. Plugin Usage"
The MainConcept GPU-accelerated hybrid HEVC/H.265 hardware encoding using NVIDIA
RTX boards (Turing and Ampere architecture) is only available for NVIDIA driver versions
31.0.15.2849 (2/1/2023) for Windows and 31.0.15.2514 (10/31/2023) for Linux.

We understand the inconvenience and are actively working on resolving this issue.
