Yes, that's expected. The option to transfer a WIBU license to a new PC was disabled for all users this year. Therefore, you will not be able to do this on your own. That is the reason why we hid the video tutorial on our official YouTube channel.

Please send me your purchase order ID or license key as a private message and I will help you to move it.
