encoding delay time

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that you enjoy using the Live Encoder.

Currently, we do not have a specific low latency encoding preset, but all available presets are capable of real-time streaming with some certain delay which depends on a preset. Live Encoder is a complex product and each contained component can introduce some latency, thus it must be properly tuned.

As I can see, you submitted a ticket into our CRM system (ticket # 27603468151). One of my colleagues is already in contact with you. You could help us by answering the following questions:
- which end-to-end latency do you expect?
- which source are you going to use (SDI card or SRT via IP)?
- what is the main use case (Full HD, 4K, 8K)?
Than we could provide you with more specific recommendations and run some additional tests if required.
