Same issue here:
Going for Format "Main Concept MXF" Codec "Panasonic P2 AVC-Intra" Type "AVC-Intra 100 (1920x1080)" and "Interlaced rendering" fails with "Render Job failed as the current clip could not be processed. Codec is not opened yet."
Project settings 1920x1080, timeline framerate 50 fields per second.
Source material is 1920x1080 uncompressed YUV 4:2:2 10 bpc 25 fps (progressive) and lpcm 96 kHz 24 bps in WAV container.
System: Windows 10 Pro for Workstations 1909, Resolve Studio 17.1.1 Build 9, MainConcept Codec Plugin for DaVinci Resolve 1.0.1 Win64 demo. Plugin demo installation finished successfully. The MainConcept stuff is showing up in DaVinci Resolve's delivery page.
