Hello lilian,
There is no preset for Blu-ray UHD encoding right now. However, we have a custom MPS preset that allows you to create BD UHD compliant streams in SDR (BT.709 colorimetry). I have uploaded the BD UHD HEVC MPS Preset File here. It can be imported into the current version of TotalCode Studio (Tools > Preset Manager > Import). The link is valid until 2022-01-16 and can be used 100 times.
