Sorry for the late reply on this.
There is no ready-to-use preset because the HDR settings are also depend on the input file. However, you can import the regular MPS preset file into TotalCode Studio (Tools > Preset Manager > Import), I have posted in an earlier thread, then select it under "Preset > My Presets" and modify the Colorimetry settings and HDR-10 metadata manually in the TotalCode Studio UI.
