Apologies for the late reply on your question.
Right now, the plugin only supports HDR metadata passthrough, i.e. when your source files on the timeline already have the right HDR metadata intended for the output, then it is maintained. Unfortunately, there is currently no way to edit or specify the HDR metadata by the user.
