How to update?

Hello, thanks for making this Forum!

Whats the best way to update Total Code Studio?

First i have to download the new demo version > ok, i got the new file.

What next?

Do i have to uninstall the old version of TCS or can i run the setup and all files will be overwritten?
Do i have to deactivate TCS or something?

Hello Seibzehn,

Once you have the new version of TotalCode Studio, all you need to do is to execute the installation package. The existing version will be detected during the installation and will be removed. The new version will be installed automatically with no further actions required.
