Resolved issues in Codec Plugin for DaVinci Resolve 1.0.1:

• [MCBMD-16] Some Sony XAVC Long GOP presets have been renamed to match the official Sony naming conventions.
  
• [MCBMD-17] Fixed validation issue for some Sony XAVC presets, so users can now set lower bitrates as well that are allowed by the official specifications.
  
• [MCBMD-21] Disabled interlaced options for Panasonic P2 AVC-Intra Class 200 (1280x720) preset because only progressive encoding is allowed by the officialspecification.
  
• [MCBMD-22] It is now possible to create Panasonic P2 AVC-Intra 2K 4:2:2 files with 24 fps.
  
• [MCBMD-23] Currently transcoding fails for several MXF formats when there is more than a single audio track / bus.
  
• [MCBMD-27] Fixed an issue for some presets where the start timecode was accidentally doubled. This was depending on the timeline framerate and the allowed output framerate.
