New Features in Codec Plugin for DaVinci Resolve 1.3

New preset group containing several Blu-ray Disc render profiles (MPEG-2 and AVC/H.264) for creating streams that are compliant with common authoring tools.
Both DVD and Blu-ray Disc presets are now available to render streams either as multiplexed or separate audio and video elementary streams.
Generic AVC/H.264 8-bit and 10-bit presets with AAC in MP4 are now available up to 4K.
Added support for a custom number of audio tracks using Sony XDCAM profiles.
Added support to allow Sony XAVC profiles to create output with 16 audio tracks.

Resolved issues in Codec Plugin for DaVinci Resolve 1.3:

[MCBMD-38] Specifying incorrect output colorimetry now displays the error message, "Plugin error: Colorimetry is incompatible with current preset".
[MCBMD-39] Users can now render 4 or 16 audio channels for AS-11 UK DPP render profiles.
[D-58832/TSDK-1350] Resolved issue causing muxing to freeze for certain DVD presets using PCM audio when the input audio is shorter than the video.
