Reinstalling Question

So I am probably going to have to reinstall Windows this week it Blue Screened on me twice today and one random reboot, so its getting unstable. 

What are the steps to remove the license from the PC and then reinstall it?

In the General discussion section on this forum we added two video tutorials on this exact topic. One shows how to transfer a license from your current system and another one shows how to make an online activation in general.

Hi,
I also need transfer my licences to another system. The video tutorial  on https://forum.mainconcept.com/thread-229.html 
cannot be played. It is a private video
Also, accessing codemeter License Central web site, I can see my licenses, but there is no "Re-Host License" button

At the moment user-side license transfers are disabled and corresponding tutorial is not valid.
