Since it was released in 2011, TotalCode Studio has provided a great desktop encoding experience. As professional media production is becoming more automated and shifting into cloud environments, we decided to retire this application. Version 5.3 is the final TotalCode Studio release.
Active users will continue to have access to TotalCode Studio; however, we will no longer provide software updates and it may therefore become less reliable over time. If you are looking for transcoding options as well as newer codecs and formats, we recommend checking out the MainConcept Transcoding SDK, the driving force behind TotalCode Studio, or our powerful set of highly flexible MainConcept FFmpeg Plugins that can be deployed in both file-based and live scenarios.
