Cant get Hybrid to work with 4090

Hello,

I cant get hybrid encoding mode to work with Plugin v.1.5.

GPU: RTX 4090
Driver Version: 551.61 Studio Driver

Do I have to downgrade to another driver?

We have an update, the latest version is 1.5.1. Did you have a chance to try it? You can download the latest codec plugin for DaVinci Resolve Studio from our website using this link:

Hi,

I have the same problem with the Resolve Plugin 1.5.1., RTX 4090 driver 560.70.
HEVC 10-bit
HEVC Main 10 8K
Only Software or Full GPU works, but not Driven or Hybrid.
"Failed to open encoder: HEVC validation error E7013.... "

Hello there,

Due to technical nuances, Driven and Hybrid are only compatible with specific NVIDIA driver versions.

Quote:User Guide: "2. Plugin Usage"
The MainConcept GPU-accelerated hybrid HEVC/H.265 hardware encoding using NVIDIA
RTX boards (Turing and Ampere architecture) is only available for NVIDIA driver versions
31.0.15.2849 (2/1/2023) for Windows and 31.0.15.2514 (10/31/2023) for Linux.

We understand the inconvenience and are actively working on resolving this issue.
