I'm testing various options with the goal of streaming h265 or h266 with STR.
Since I want ultra-low latency streaming, I'd like to know the h265 or h266 encoding latency.
For hardware specifications, for example, using an Intel 285K CPU and an RTX 40 or RTX 40 series processor, I'd like to know how many milliseconds I can achieve.
Encoding profile: fast / no b-frames
Generally, regardless of quality, there was a report from PARSEC that NVIDIA's hardware encoding was around 5ms, Intel's 11ms, and AMD's 15ms. (hardware encoding)
What latency does the mainconcept encoder have?
And what encoding profiles are capable of real-time transmission?
